State Street Corporation seeks a Global Markets & Credit Finance Business Unit Controller, Managing Director, to provide strategic financial leadership across Markets and Credit Finance globally. The MD ensures accuracy of financial reporting, governance and strong internal controls, partnering with risk, legal, and technology to support growth and system implementations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive controllership or finance leadership experience.
• Experience supporting trading, capital markets and/or lending businesses.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• CPA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end financial controllership oversight for Markets and Credit Finance globally.
• Lead quarterly/annual financial reporting reviews and executive presentations.
• Ensure robust internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Partner with technology, risk, legal and operations on strategic initiatives.
• Drive finance transformation and system modernization programs.
• Lead and mentor global controllership teams.
