Job summary

State Street is seeking a Managing Director in Business Risk Advisory Lead within Financing and Portfolio Solutions. You will lead risk advisory and control agenda across agency lending, prime services, secured financing and repo, partnering with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance, ER and Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial services risk leadership experience.
• Experience supporting broker-dealers and multi-asset trading.
• Proven success leading regulatory examinations and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Business Risk professionals and set accountability.
• Provide executive risk advice to senior leadership across trade lifecycle.
• Establish end-to-end first-line risk and control framework.
• Ensure incidents are escalated, investigated, and remediated.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal on regulator requirements.
