Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director in the Private Equity Performance Improvement – CFO Services, Finance Transformation. You will lead complex engagements, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to optimize operating models, reduce costs, and improve reporting accuracy.

You will mentor teams, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development while delivering sustainable client value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including Finance Transformation.
• Experience in finance operating model design and organizational design.
• Experience developing financial analyses, business cases, roadmaps, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams to improve performance and drive cost efficiency.
• Assess current-state finance organizations, processes, systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement future-state finance operating models and roadmaps.
