Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for Private Equity Performance Improvement (CFO Services) to lead finance transformation engagements and drive value for portfolio companies. You will partner with CFOs to optimize operating models, cost structures, and reporting capabilities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
You will guide engagement teams, shape transformation roadmaps, and advance best practices across R2R, O2C, P2P, and FP&A.
Formación
- 9-11+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience in Finance Transformation.
- Strong ability to lead project teams and manage complex workstreams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
Responsabilidades
- Lead Finance Transformation engagements and client workstreams.
- Assess current-state finance organizations and operating models.
- Design future-state finance operating models and org structures.
- Lead GBS, Shared Services, and BPO initiatives.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and analyses.
- Manage engagement execution and team coordination.
- Build strong relationships with CFOs and senior stakeholders.
