Zusammenfassung

Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement practice seeks a Director to lead complex finance transformation engagements for portfolio companies in the US. You will partner with CFOs and senior finance leaders to design and implement improved operating models, automation, and enhanced management reporting.

You will mentor teams, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation and consulting/industry roles.
Experience leading finance transformation programs and operating-model design.
Experience developing financial analyses, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Lead Finance Transformation engagements, improve finance function performance, and drive cost optimization.
Assess current-state finance processes, systems, and operating models to identify opportunities.
Design and implement future-state operating models and organizational structures.
Oversee GBS/Shared Services initiatives and develop implementation roadmaps.
Develop client deliverables and manage project timelines and quality.
