Qualifications

• Experience leading a major ERP transformation from design through go-live and stabilization.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM across multiple countries and currencies.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Procurement, Inventory, COGS, and Master Data.
• Partner with global stakeholders to design scalable, compliant processes for multiple countries and regulatory environments.
• Drive global process standardization while balancing local tax and statutory needs.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, validation, and governance to establish a trusted data source.
• Coordinate readiness with suppliers, banks, tax platforms, and third-party providers.
• Lead testing, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues affecting finance ops and reporting.
