Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials & EPM Integration Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives, ERP modernization, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Cloud EPM.

You will partner with Finance leadership, manage vendor and system integrator relationships, drive governance, data governance, controls, and ensure reporting, automation, and close processes align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance.
• 7+ years leading or delivering enterprise ERP Financials solutions.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Oracle E-Business Suite or JD Edwards.
• Deep knowledge of accounting and finance processes including R2R, close, controls, and reporting.
• Proven track record leading large enterprise transformation programs with executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors, SI partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year roadmap for Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Establish standards for financial structures, data governance, and controls.
• Partner with Finance, Audit, Risk, and Security for compliance and governance.
• Define metrics and track benefits realization including close, reporting, automation.
