Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Director to lead the Finance Data and Transformation team, partnering Finance and Technology to deliver Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM solutions. You will guide requirements, design, configuration, testing, and production support for finance applications.

You will build executive relationships with finance leaders, oversee delivery across projects and enhancements, and ensure governance, security, and data quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years in finance systems, including 5+ years leading distributed and offshore teams.
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM financial modules.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements, leading functional solution design, and configuring finance applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Data and Transformation team as liaison between Finance and Technology for Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and related finance apps.
• Oversee demand intake, discovery, requirements, estimation, risk assessment, prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Provide governance for design, configuration, and security across ERP and EPM.
