Job summary

Moody's is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for Finance Strategic Programs in New York to lead end-to-end cross-functional technology and process-transformation initiatives. You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams, manage ERP-related implementations, migrations, and change programs to enhance financial operations.

The role requires 8+ years in program management with finance tech experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program or project management in finance tech or transformation initiatives.
Delivery of complex cross-functional projects on time and within budget using Agile and/or Waterfall.
Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and controls (ERP, SOX, close).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional Finance programs spanning technology implementation and process change.
Lead teams across onshore, offshore, internal, external and managed services resources globally.
Oversee Finance technology implementations, including integrations, data migration, and transition planning.
Drive change management to ensure adoption of new financial systems and processes.
Deliver executive updates, dashboards, and status reports for governance bodies.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with a governance framework.
Track budgets with corporate planning and negotiate scope/schedule/budget.
Operate as a self-starter, solving problems and driving cross-functional collaboration.
