Job summary

SiriusPoint is seeking a Finance Transformation Portfolio & Delivery Manager in New York to lead the portfolio of transformation initiatives across Finance, Technology, and Data. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT, ensuring prioritization, governance, and timely delivery of complex, cross-functional programs.

The role requires 10+ years in project/portfolio management with experience guiding multi-stakeholder workstreams and contract delivery resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other PM certification preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, finance transformation, business transformation, consulting, or finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of the Finance Transformation portfolio, including active projects, upcoming initiatives, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Support portfolio prioritization by helping leadership evaluate business value, urgency, risk, resource demand, and delivery readiness.
• Establish and manage portfolio governance routines, including status reporting, steering committee prep, leadership updates, and escalation forums.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and monitor risks, capacity, and trade-offs to inform leadership decisions.
• Directly manage select Finance Transformation initiatives from planning through execution, go-live, and stabilization.
• Develop project plans, RAID logs, milestone trackers, decision logs, and dependency maps for executive updates.
• Drive accountability for timelines, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide day-to-day coordination for contract PMs and establish common PM standards and templates.
