Mizuho Financial Group Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in New York to lead large cross-functional programs in accordance with Americas TDO guidelines, delivering from planning through to beneficial adoption of technology solutions.

You will liaise with Head Office and local teams to ensure governance, redesigned processes, and controls are in place. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of finance, risk, operations, and data processes.

Qualificações

• Significant experience delivering major cross-functional initiatives at large financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of finance, risk, operations, and data processes and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory change management.
• Product knowledge of Loans, Derivatives, Securities and Repurchase Agreements.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in leading and developing teams in program/change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across committees and functions.
• Superior written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Drive execution of programs from strategic planning to delivery with governance and target-state design.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to manage end-to-end project efforts and RAID.
• Lead UAT coordination and defect management with business owners and teams.
• Provide updates to senior management and key stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Oversee program-level resources, including third-party providers, and support career growth of team members.
