Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate role.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or related field.
• Proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to travel as required based on client location.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Thrives in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems related to improving business processes, enabling technology, and aligning the enterprise operating model for growth.
• Run smaller projects autonomously.
• Lead market-facing practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and white papers.
• Contribute actively to the development of people leaders into future practice leaders.
• Provide guidance and issue resolution support to teams across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Partner with the practice’s executive leaders to conduct business development activities.
