Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field of study.
• Proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships.
• Skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals.
• Thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment.
• Identify problems and instinctively look for solutions.
• Exceeding client expectations and having fun at work are mutually dependent.
• Active participation in internal and external initiatives is expected.
• Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location.

Responsibilities

• Use functional leadership to advise clients and develop solutions for strategic problems in finance and operations.
• Run smaller projects autonomously.
• Lead market-facing practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and white papers.
• Contribute to development of people leaders into future practice leaders.
• Provide guidance and issue resolution support to teams across multiple client engagements.
• Partner with executive leaders to conduct business development activities.
