Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced consultant to drive performance improvement across finance and operations. You will advise clients, lead smaller projects autonomously, and help develop market-facing initiatives.

Travel to client locations is expected, and long-term client relationships are valued. Applicants should have 10+ years in consulting or corporate roles, a business-related degree, and proven leadership abilities within dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in at least one of ERP, CPM, data viz or supply chain apps.
• Minimum 10 years of consulting or corporate experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field.
• Proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships.
• Skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals.
• Thrives in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Travel as required for client locations.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems in finance and operations.
• Run smaller projects autonomously.
• Lead practice development initiatives like thought leadership.
• Contribute to developing future practice leaders.
• Provide guidance across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Partner with executives for business development.
