Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate role
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or related field of study
• Proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships
• Skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals
• Thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment
• Willingness to travel as required by client location

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems in finance and operations
• Run smaller projects autonomously
• Lead market-facing practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and white papers
• Contribute to developing people leaders into future practice leaders
• Provide guidance to teams across multiple concurrent engagements
• Partner with executive leaders for business development activities
