Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Analytics, MIS, CS, Data Science, Data Engineering, IT or related field; or an Accounting major with a tech double major/minor.
• Strong communication and business writing skills; problem solving and time management in a client service environment.
• Ability to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary; hybrid client-serving role.

Responsibilities

• As an Analyst, work on engagements to develop and implement strategic solutions focusing on people, process, technology and data.
• Attend meetings and workshops; contribute to client deliverables and influential conversations with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline tax information collection and integration.
• Improve the quality of reports to provide insights into risk and opportunities.
• Explore AI and machine learning technologies to build business cases for implementation.
