EY’s USA Tax Technology and Transformation (TTT) team in Chicago is seeking an Analyst to help transform tax functions, automate compliance and reporting, and provide data-driven insights to clients across industries.

You’ll work with a wealth of technology and cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment, delivering impactful solutions while developing analytics and project-management skills. Immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Undergrad or grad degree in a data/IT field or accounting with tech mix.
• Strong academic record with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with entrepreneurial approach and problem solving.
• Comfortable working in a team-led hybrid environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive tax processes using current and new technologies.
• Streamline collection and integration of tax data for analysis and planning.
• Improve report quality to provide better client insights.
• Provide project support to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Explore AI/ML tech to build business cases for implementation.
