Job summary
EY's USA Tax Technology and Transformation (TTT) Products team seeks an Analyst to help design and deliver Tax technology products for clients nationwide. You will learn tax tech trends, participate in strategy meetings and workshops, and contribute to client deliverables with opportunities to travel.
You will own assigned work, seek automation opportunities, translate business needs into requirements, and help test features.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business/economics/tech fields or accounting with tech-related minor.
- GPA 3.0+ required or strong academic record.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strategic thinking.
- Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned work and ensure quality with attention to detail.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for product development.
- Contribute ideas to improve user experience and product effectiveness.
- Support feature testing and timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Explore AI and emerging tech applications and build business cases.
- Work with data to support analysis and decision making.
