Ernst & Young USA is seeking an Analyst in Tax Technology and Transformation (TTT) within the FSO Business Advisory to help tax functions transform through technology and process improvements. You will engage in designing operating models, leveraging AI, and delivering practical solutions across financial services clients.
You will learn about tax-tech trends, interact with clients nationwide, and support project execution with a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, MBA or Accounting with tech-focused minor/major.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Excellent communication, business-writing, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and curiosity about technology.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and improve processes in tax technology.
- Support operating model design and implement practical solutions.
- Assist with client deliverables, sessions, and governance.
- Explore data, automation, AI, and tax technology to drive transformation.
- Prepare materials and presentations for clients and leadership.
