Qualifications

• Predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in a technology-oriented field; or a business major with tech double major/minor.
• GPA requirement: 3.0 cumulative.
• Excellent communication and business-writing skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and entrepreneurial approach to technology solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model with in-person presence 40-60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, testing and implementation of tax technology solutions and data-enabled processes.
• Explore automation and emerging technologies to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Assist with data acquisition, cleansing, transformation, integration and analysis for tax reporting and advisory.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards and analytics to improve visibility and control.
• Provide project support including documenting requirements and tracking tasks.
• Apply cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI and ML, to client solutions.
