Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking a Consulting Manager in advisory services for the San Francisco Bay Area with a hybrid work model offering remote flex. You will lead finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements for Fortune 500 clients, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

This role requires a Big 4 background, CPA preferred, and strong GAAP knowledge, with a clear path to Senior Manager and substantial earning upside through base plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Big 4 experience required.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including U.S. GAAP and FASB standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business issues and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Partner with client leadership teams to solve complex accounting, finance, and business challenges.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable recommendations.
• Support strategic initiatives including financial analysis, transaction support, M&A-related projects, and process optimization efforts.
• Drive the implementation of process improvements, new technologies, and organizational change initiatives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for finance organizations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
