Responsibilities

• Manage and lead client engagements, including monthly close and consulting projects.
• Serve as a key client contact, building relationships and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables within budget.
• Prepare and present financial results and analysis to client management and audit committees with support from Directors.
• Oversee client invoicing processes and follow-ups.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster growth and collaboration.
• Assist with staffing, resource planning, and utilization across engagements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure engagements comply with industry standards and firm methodologies.
