Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading client engagements and managing teams in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for client and internal interactions.
• Proficiency with financial management systems and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead client engagements, including monthly close and consulting projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Serve as a key client contact, building relationships and delivering high-quality work within budget.
• Prepare and present financial results and analysis to client management and committees.
• Oversee client invoicing processes and collections follow-ups.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster growth and collaboration.
• Assist with staffing, resource planning, and utilization across engagements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure engagements comply with industry standards and firm methodologies.
