Job summary

HonorVet Technologies, a SDVOSB staffing firm, is seeking an Associate for its Finance & Transactions group in Dallas. You will work closely with shareholders on sophisticated loan transactions, drafting loan documents, and handling multiple matters concurrently in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Applicants should have 4–6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm, a J.D. degree, and be admitted or pursuing admission in Texas.

About You:

• You have 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
• You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;
• You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
• You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and
• You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Texas).
