Job summary

Staples is seeking a Finance Shared Services Trainer to design, deliver, and continually improve training for Order to Cash teams in Framingham, MA. You will create manuals, e-learning content, and job aids, while leading workshops and coaching for ongoing performance improvements.

You will collaborate with FSS leadership to identify learning gaps, ensure compliance, and align programs with changing policies and systems. A strong finance background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in training, facilitation, coaching, or employee development.
• Strong written and verbal communication with documentation skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with finance concepts and process documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and facilitate training programs for Finance Shared Services.
• Create manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and process documentation.
• Lead workshops, webinars, and on-the-job coaching for teams.
• Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and align training with priorities.
• Monitor effectiveness with assessments and feedback; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional partners to reflect current policies.
• Maintain training records for audit and compliance needs.
