Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and facilitate training programs for Finance Shared Services teams.
• Create manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and process documentation.
• Lead in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching.
• Partner with FSS leadership and stakeholders to identify training needs and link to business priorities.
• Monitor training effectiveness and knowledge retention through assessments and evaluations.
• Provide coaching to help associates follow processes, stay compliant, and improve work.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and cross-functional partners to reflect current policies and systems.
• Identify training gaps and help develop standard operating procedures and training records.
