Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts receivable or related finance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience using ERP/accounting software such as Oracle, SAP or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash for open accounts receivable and follow up with customers until payment is resolved.
• Research and reconcile payment remittances and billing discrepancies promptly.
• Minimize bad-debt write-offs and maximize cash receipts while maintaining customer relations.
• Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports for internal teams and leadership.
