• Extensive experience leading portfolios, programs, or transformations with multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of Finance transformation, data and analytics, and enterprise platforms.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, IT operations, production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic digital programs that align with enterprise business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, product, engineering, and operations.
• Develop program roadmaps, governance, and success metrics.
• Plan, monitor, and mitigate program risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and improve program management standards and governance practices.
