Job summary

Caterpillar Inc is seeking a senior digital program leader to drive the Finance technology portfolio. You will connect Finance strategy with new demand, manage governance, and deliver cross-functional programs across finance-led tech, data, AI, analytics, and transformation initiatives.

You will ensure successful delivery with clear roadmaps, metrics, and stakeholder collaboration. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience leading complex portfolios, deep knowledge of finance transformation,

Qualifications

Experience leading multi-workstream portfolios, programs, or transformations.
Knowledge of Finance transformation, processes, and analytics.
Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, IT operations, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic digital programs aligned to enterprise priorities and transformation goals.
Own issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee program execution within scope, time, budget, and quality targets.
Develop program roadmaps, governance, communications, and success metrics.
Plan development activities, identify and mitigate risks, and monitor progress.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, product, engineering, operations, and business units.
Establish and improve program management standards and governance practices.
Influence decisions and drive collaboration across stakeholders.
