Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Finance Program Manager to lead the technology portfolio that connects finance strategy with execution across AI, analytics, and transformation initiatives.

You will provide governance, visibility, and delivery enablement while working with Finance-led technology teams and partners. The role emphasizes strategy, risk management, cross-functional leadership, and delivering value through structured programs and standards.

Qualifications

• Decision making: analyzes assumptions, alternatives, dependencies and impacts; provides evidence-based recommendations; uses consultative or directive approaches as needed.
• Leadership: translates vision into portfolio priorities; sets roles, standards; coaches and aligns leaders, owners, tech teams and partners.
• Portfolio & Program Management: plans, organizes, monitors, and governs a portfolio of initiatives; manages health, interdependencies, capacity, reporting and escalation.
• Finance Transformation Management: connects strategy, technology, data, readiness, adoption and value realization; creates repeatable mechanisms and lessons learned.
• Change and Transition Control: ensures changes/transitions are assessed, approved, sequenced, documented, communicated, implemented and supported.
• Risk, Issue, and Problem Management: identifies risks, analyzes trends, escalates appropriately, ensures closure and learning.
• Data, AI, and Analytics Fluency: understands data, MDM, data quality, analytics, and AI dependencies on Finance solutions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic digital programs that support enterprise business priorities and transformation objectives.
• Lead issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage all aspects of program execution to ensure delivery within timelines, quality standards and business objectives.
• Develop program roadmaps, governance frameworks, communication plans and success metrics.
• Plan and monitor program development activities while mitigating program risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, product, engineering, operations and business groups.
• Establish and improve program management standards, processes and governance practices.
• Influence organizational decisions and drive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups.
