Santander is seeking an Associate, Application Support Development with deep Finance application knowledge and strong technical fluency. You will collaborate with finance, business, and engineering teams to understand challenges, evaluate solutions, and drive delivery of finance platforms.

The role emphasizes working with data flows, integrations, incidents, and architecture, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate development and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through experience/education - Required
• Master's Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through experience/education - Preferred
• 5+ Years Java, JavaScript, API and Vendor APIs, Jira, VMware Virtualization and Scrum Methodology - Required
• 5+ Years Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Required
• Experience in consulting or technology advisory across multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, business, engineering and tech teams to solve complex challenges
• Evaluate solutions and drive delivery and enhancement of critical Finance applications
• Engage with engineers on architecture, data flows, integrations, incidents and delivery
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, analysis and automation
