Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
• Master's degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred
• 5+ years SDLC experience - Required
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develops or modifies complex software that is optimized for performance.
• Maintains software across multiple business units.
• Develops high performance solutions using cutting edge technologies.
• Contributes to application software reporting initiatives.
• Maintains and supports existing software applications; resolves complex issues.
• Interacts with business areas and analysts to document requirements and communicate project specs.
• Tests new installations and/or software prior to release to minimize failures and impact.
• Develops and maintains understanding of the application environment.
• Analyzes business requirements across multiple areas, often as team lead.
