Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in finance transformation, operations, systems, or related Finance/IT roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional finance transformation initiatives, system implementations, or reporting improvements.
• Strong business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and testing.
• Advanced Excel and experience with finance systems, reporting tools, workflows, data validation, and cross-system reporting.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, manage priorities, influence stakeholders, and communicate with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance process transformation across A/P, Procurement, A/R, Payroll, Accounting, FP&A, and reporting.
• Design current/future state sessions to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with Finance leaders to improve efficiency, data integrity, and decision support.
• Ensure improvements align with internal controls, audits, and duties segregation.
• Lead discovery to gather requirements, translate into functional specs, and define acceptance criteria.
• Document decisions, issues, dependencies, and requirements for traceability.
• Coordinate UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver reliable results.
