Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to join our Business Process & Enterprise Systems Transformation team. In this role, you will diagnose operational root causes and optimize accounting connections between Finance platforms, boundary systems, and Workday Cloud ERP.

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week; you will lead end-to-end process improvements and coordinate the backlog, Workday releases, and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance transformation or enterprise financial systems.
• Experience driving business process optimization in finance.
• Ability to lead finance technology initiatives as a functional project lead.
• Experience leveraging Agentic AI to automate workflows.
• Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and enabling scalable improvements.
• Degree or equivalent experience; leadership/community roles count.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement across core finance operations.
• Coordinate backlog, Workday releases, and strategic project delivery.
• Investigate cross-platform breakdowns and apply root-cause fixes.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance to align initiatives with regulatory landscape.
• Translate complex finance requirements into technical specifications for IT.
