Job summary

Aven Hospitality is seeking a Manager, Finance Systems & Transformation to own the finance systems ecosystem, including Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, reporting architecture and related integrations.

You will lead go‑live readiness, governance, and modernization initiatives, partnering with Finance, IT, Data, Revenue Operations and external implementation partners to ensure scalable, reliable operations and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting Workday Financials in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Workday Financials modules including Accounting, Projects, Procurement, Prism Analytics.
• Experience leading Workday go-live and post‑production stabilization.
• Strong governance, data integrity, and security understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own finance systems strategy and roadmap across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and reporting.
• Lead post‑go‑live stabilization, issue triage, testing, and releases with internal and external teams.
• Design scalable integration architecture for Workday, Salesforce, and other finance systems.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Data, and Revenue Operations to drive adoption and operational readiness.
• Establish governance, security, and data integrity across the finance tech stack.
