Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead Workday Financials implementations and ongoing governance of the Finance systems environment. The role bridges Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders across a mid-to-large organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Finance Systems or ERP, with strong analytical and project management skills. Hybrid work arrangement is supported, and familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance Systems, ERP, or enterprise systems.
• Experience in a mid-size to large organization with complex systems.
• Involvement in a financial systems implementation or migration.
• Ability to articulate role during implementation (requirements, testing, go-live, stabilization).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to partner across Finance, Technology, Accounting, and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IS.

Responsibilities

• Support phases of large-scale financial systems implementation (requirements, testing, go-live, stabilization).
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Technology, and business stakeholders to improve processes.
• Translate Finance business requirements into scalable system solutions and enhancements.
• Support governance, data structures, reporting, controls, security, and optimization.
• Lead issue resolution, prioritization, testing, and process improvements.
• Support change management, documentation, training, and user adoption.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardize financial processes.
• Partner with operational teams on systems that impact Finance and the general ledger.
• Support ongoing administration and optimization of the Finance systems environment.
• Over time, become a key Finance resource for planning, reporting, and operational systems.
