Job summary

Aven Hospitality seeks a dynamic Manager, Finance Systems & Transformation to own the finance systems landscape, including Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and related integrations. You will drive architecture, governance, and program management across Finance, IT, and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring deep Workday experience, strong leadership in enterprise transformations, and a track record of scalable, data-driven finance operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting Workday Financials in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead finance systems modernization and go-live programs.
• Strong governance, architecture, and integration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own finance systems strategy and roadmap including Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization, testing, and release management for Workday implementations.
• Design scalable integration architectures with Salesforce, banking platforms, and planning tools.
• Develop governance for master data, security, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Data, Revenue Operations and external partners to enable modernization.
