Job summary

Infinity Home Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own and optimize the Acumatica finance platform across brands. You will lead system strategy, governance, integrations, and security while partnering with Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver reliable data and scalable processes.

This role drives continuous improvement, supports acquisitions and greenfield launches, and requires hands-on problem solving, end-to-end process design, and strong accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance systems and ERP.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, cash management and month-end close.
• Experience owning or supporting a modern ERP, preferably Acumatica.
• Experience with ERP implementations, integrations, and security.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own Acumatica and oversee scope, roadmap, and governance.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and brand leaders to translate needs.
• Lead testing, deployment, and change management of system updates.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and user resources.
• Support acquisitions and greenfield launches with system integrations.
• Improve controls, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
