Job summary

ITHAKA is seeking a Finance Systems & Process Lead to drive integrity, improvement, and strategic evolution of Finance platforms including Acumatica, Ramp, Adaptive Insights, and Vertex. You will own the evolution of Finance systems, ensuring reliable operation and ongoing efficiency, scalability, and value.

You are a proactive leader who identifies opportunities, builds compelling business cases, and partners across the organization to turn ideas into reality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ERP, spend management, and financial planning systems experience in an ownership role.
• Direct experience with at least two of Acumatica, Ramp, Adaptive Insights, Vertex, or comparable platforms; Salesforce a plus.
• Proven track record of initiating and completing process improvements.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead organizational change without direct authority.
• Experience supporting systems implementation or migration projects in a Finance context.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, user access, master data, integrations across Acumatica, Ramp, Adaptive Insights, Vertex, and future Finance systems.
• Proactively monitor and resolve sync errors, data mismatches, and workflow failures.
• Maintain system documentation, change logs, and vendor relationships; coordinate upgrades and rollouts.
• Provide expert-level support to Finance and Operations staff; triage issues and root-cause fixes.
• Develop business cases with value, resources, and timelines to guide investments.
• Drive finance systems projects from definition through adoption with clear ownership.
