Island Exterior Fabricators is seeking an Acumatica & Financial Systems Specialist in Hartford, CT to manage, optimize, and expand Island’s Acumatica ERP and related applications. You will collaborate with department leaders, users, vendors, and partners to translate business needs into practical system solutions and support implementations, integrations, testing, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting ERP/financial systems or process improvement projects.
• Experience with Acumatica is required.
• Knowledge of general ledger, AP/AR, purchasing, inventory, and project accounting.
• Strong Excel skills for reports and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Acumatica and ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows and reports.
• Collaborate with department leaders and users to document requirements and improve processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and operational reports in Acumatica.
• Coordinate data migration, validation, and master-data activities.
