Divers-Alert-Network in Durham, NC is seeking an ERP, Integrations & Business Systems Administrator to manage Acumatica ERP, integrations, data integrity, reporting, and user enablement. You will partner with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to optimize systems and enable data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of enterprise apps experience.
Strong SQL, data validation, and reporting skills required.
Proven ERP administration and integrations experience.
Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP platforms is preferred.
Ability to train users and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Administer Acumatica ERP and related enterprise applications.
Manage users, roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, and dashboards.
Coordinate ERP integrations with Shopify, Stripe, Avalara, and reporting tools.
Develop analytics datasets, KPIs, and dashboards; provide training.
Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation.
