Job summary

InvestedintheMission is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst in Melbourne, Florida, to provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP and related finance applications, playing a key role in process execution, testing, training, and end-user success.

Strong Oracle Fusion experience and ability to collaborate with IT are essential for documenting processes, coordinating UAT, and supporting ERP implementations across P2P, R2R, Q2C, and project close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 3-5 years in finance systems, ERP implementations or process analysis.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Financial Management and related ERPs.
• Experience coordinating UAT and delivering end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP and related finance apps.
• Document processes, workflows, and specifications for current and future state.
• Coordinate testing across Oracle Fusion workstreams and ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver role-based training and develop evergreen user materials.
• Support production, hypercare, and continuous improvement.
