Job summary

8x8 seeks a Sr Finance Manager, Systems & Corporate Reporting to own the Pigment platform and the corporate reporting infrastructure. You will govern data, manage system administration, and produce timely consolidated financial statements and management reports for leaders across the organization.

You will partner with FP&A, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, Procurement, Audit & Compliance, and business leaders to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate reporting or FP&A.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple source systems.
• CPA/CMA or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern Pigment platform governance and system administration.
• Own data model and governance standards for real-time reporting and consolidation.
• Lead monthly consolidated financial statements production and close processes.
• Coordinate forecasts across product lines and explain variances to leadership.
• Develop executive dashboards and variance analyses linking budget to actuals.
