Job summary

8x8 seeks a Senior Finance Manager, Systems & Corporate Reporting to own the Pigment platform and corporate reporting infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and timely consolidated financial statements. This role bridges technology stewardship and financial reporting excellence.

You will govern the Pigment instance, design data models, automate data flows from NetSuite and Snowflake, and lead monthly close and board materials for CFO and VP of Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience required.
• Experience with corporate FP&A and reporting platforms.
• Advanced Pigment expertise and data model design.
• Strong communication with C-suite and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Govern Pigment platform governance and system administration.
• Own data model design for real-time and consolidation workflows.
• Define data governance standards and SLAs for data freshness and reconciliation.
• Build automated data flows from NetSuite, Snowflake, and other source systems.
• Lead monthly consolidated financial statements and close processes.
• Prepare board materials, variance analysis, and executive dashboards.
• Train users, document processes, and maintain a living FAQ.
