Job summary

8x8 is seeking a Sr Finance Manager, Systems & Corporate Reporting to own Pigment governance, data integrity, and the delivery of consolidated financial statements across the organization. You will manage system administration, data flows from NetSuite and Snowflake, and partner with CFO sub-functions to drive reporting excellence.

The role requires depth in Pigment, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, Procurement, and Audit & Compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with corporate FP&A/reporting platform support.
• Experience consolidating financial data from multiple source systems and performing consolidation mechanics.
• Advanced Pigment expertise: data models, formulas, access rights, and performance troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing system implementations, vendor relationships, and cross-functional SaaS projects.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics; CPA/CMA or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the governance and administration of the Pigment platform and reporting infrastructure.
• Design and maintain data models and reporting dimensions for real-time and statutory consolidation.
• Define data governance standards, SLAs, and source-system validation for auditable numbers.
• Lead monthly close for consolidated financial statements and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop executive dashboards and variance reporting tied to budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, covenant monitoring, and scenario analysis for leadership.
• Lead month-end reconciliations and maintain a clear audit trail and resolution log.
• Train users on Pigment capabilities and maintain living FAQ and escalation procedures.
