Job summary

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a high-growth technology company to hire an in-house Pigment Lead on their Finance Systems team. This hands-on role owns Pigment within a scaling finance function and acts as the technical lead on the platform.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Accounting and Strategy to build models, integrations and reporting, while delivering data pipelines and ensuring data integrity across finance systems. Hybrid work: 2 days in office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A systems with hands-on development experience in Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or a similar EPM platform.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with experience building integrations and pipelines.
• Solid understanding of FP&A, financial reporting, and accounting fundamentals.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the in-house Pigment expert and lead developer.
• Build and maintain financial models supporting planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Deliver integrations between Pigment and surrounding enterprise systems.
• Develop the underlying SQL, data models, and pipelines that support finance reporting.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify improvements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain data integrity across financial systems.
