Job summary

8x8 is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Systems & Corporate Reporting to own the Pigment platform and corporate reporting infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and timely financial statements.

You will govern data models, automate data flows from NetSuite and Snowflake, and lead monthly close and board-deck preparation in a global, fast-moving SaaS environment. Strong Pigment expertise and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, incl. 3+ years managing or supporting a corporate FP&A/reporting platform (Pigment).
• Experience consolidating financial data from multiple source systems; strong foundation in financial reporting and consolidation mechanics.
• Advanced Pigment expertise; design data models, write formulas, configure access rights, and troubleshoot performance.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting financial results to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing system implementations, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pigment platform governance and system administration; ensure data integrity and access governance.
• Lead monthly consolidated financial statements and board-deck materials; coordinate across CFO-subfunctions.
• Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and variance reporting; link performance to budget/forecast.
• Oversee data flows from NetSuite and Snowflake; implement error detection and data quality controls.
• Manage month-end reconciliations between Pigment, NetSuite, and sub-ledgers; maintain audit trails.
• Train users with office hours and FAQs; translate business needs into Pigment requirements.
