Job summary

Codex is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to optimize our finance systems, lead Pigment administration, and partner with Finance and IT to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting. This role will ensure data integrity and security while supporting month-end close and audits.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in finance systems with hands-on Pigment experience, plus strong analytical, project management, and collaboration skills. ERP integration experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance systems experience, including at least 2 years hands-on Pigment administration, implementation, or support.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes.

Job description

The Finance Systems Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's finance systems to support financial operations, reporting, and planning. This role partners with Finance and Technology to lead system enhancements, improve business processes, and ensure data integrity. Hands-on experience administering and supporting Pigment is required, as this role will serve as the primary owner of the company's Pigment platform.

Key Responsibilities
