Job summary

8x8 is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Systems & Corporate Reporting to own the Pigment platform and corporate reporting infrastructure. You will ensure data integrity, governance, and timely consolidated financial statements across the organization.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you’ll partner with CFO sub-functions like FP&A, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, and Audit. You’ll lead platform governance, data modeling, and automated data flows while driving speed and accuracy of reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years managing or supporting a corporate FP&A/reporting platform (Pigment).
• Experience consolidating financial data from multiple source systems; strong foundation in financial reporting, balance sheet structure, and consolidation mechanics in a platform environment.
• Advanced Pigment expertise; demonstrated ability to design data models, write formulas, configure access rights, and troubleshoot performance issues; comfortable building applications from scratch.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting financial results and data insights to C-suite leaders and technical stakeholders alike
• Experience managing system implementations, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects in a SaaS or technology environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the Pigment platform governance and system administration.
• Lead monthly consolidated financial statements production across CFO-subfunctions.
• Design data models and governance standards; ensure auditable numbers.
• Build automated data flows from NetSuite and Snowflake; monitor data quality.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and board deck materials.
• Lead month-end reconciliation between Pigment, NetSuite and sub-ledgers.
• Train users via office hours and maintain a living FAQ.
• Champion automation and self-service analytics; empower partners to self-serve.
