The Wendy's Company is seeking a Product Owner, Finance Systems to partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax and related teams. You will shape and deliver product capabilities across enterprise finance platforms such as Looker, Oracle and BlackLine, and lead a small team while managing the backlog to balance strategic roadmap priorities with day-to-day operations.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related enterprise systems.
Experience with enterprise finance platforms and tools (Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, BlackLine, Looker).
Agile product delivery experience; Product Owner certification preferred.

Own sprint backlog and implement new product initiatives, prioritizing against the roadmap.
Manage a portfolio of IT initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Decompose features into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Develop business cases, conduct competitive analysis, and guide prioritization.
Lead relationships with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Coach and develop the finance systems product team and align with strategic priorities.
